Environmental Policy

At “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd”, we recognise our responsibility to meet community expectations and we are committed to the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” recognises the importance of sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint.

We believe that being environmentally responsible is both the obligation of management and every individual.

To achieve this, we will:

  • Comply with relevant Environment legislation and systems across the business.
  • Proactively identify environmental hazards, assess their risk and eliminate or, if not possible, manage the risks to as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Establish annual environmental objectives and targets and review annually.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

“Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” is committed to support the health, safety, and welfare of all people we employ and all interested parties.

“Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” continuously supports improvements of workplace health and safety by adopting a planned systematic approach to Occupational Health and Safety. This approach includes risk management and consultation.

As part of our overall commitment “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” is committed to:

  • Complying with ISO 45001 and all relevant OH&S legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines.
  • Establishing measurable objectives and targets aimed at eliminating work related injury and illnesses.
  • Documenting, implementing and communicating OH&S policy to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitoring and revising our policy in accordance with legislative and organisational changes or as appropriate.
  • Provide adequate training, information, instruction and supervision to all employees and visitors to ensure work is carried out safely.
  • Ensure all accidents, hazards and near misses are recorded and reported and an investigation is carried out to determine possible causes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by reporting hazards or unsafe work practices in a prompt manner to their manager or supervisor.
  • Report all workplace injuries, near misses and illnesses caused by work immediately to your manager.
  • Continual improvement of OH&S system.
  • Ongoing consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of OH&S Management system

Information Security Policy

The “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” is committed to protecting the security of its information and information systems. It is the “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” ’s policy that the information it manages shall be appropriately secured to protect against breaches of confidentiality, failures of integrity or interruptions to the availability of that information and to ensure appropriate legal, regulatory and contractual compliance. To determine the appropriate level of security control that should be applied to information systems, a process of risk assessment shall be carried out in order to define security requirements and identify the probability and impact of security breaches.

According to the above direction all “Mizael Partners Pty Ltd”, “Mizael Auditor Pty Ltd” and “National Disability Support Group Pty Ltd” and staff are committed to:

  • Use of all reasonable, appropriate, practical and effective security measures to protect our important processes and assets in order to achieve our security objectives.
  • Protecting and managing our information assets to enable us to meet our contractual, legislative, privacy and ethical responsibilities and satisfy applicable IS requirements and legal requirements.
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information to guarantee that regulatory, operational and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Implement and conduct information security risk management to protect information and related assets from all threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental.
  • Encourage personnel to stay up to date with the latest security trends, regulations and procedures and conduct effective training.
  • Availability, security and reliability of all the services we provide for our clients even if security incidents occur.
  • Maintain and test business continuity plans.
  • Review and re-evaluation of information security management system annually and/ or based on any system changes.
  • Protect the system against unauthorized access.
  • Report and investigate information security breaches by Information Security Manager.
  • Set, monitor and continuous improvement of Information security objectives.
